Casey Johns
Owner
Casey, a proud Nashville native, has dedicated nearly a decade to the property management industry, where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for home improvement while investing in rental properties.
In 2021, Casey made the bold decision to transition from the traditional 9-to-5 office environment to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams, launching Busy Bee Cleaning & Handyman Services. Her goal is to become a one stop shop for all property managers, realtors, and home owners.
When she’s not busy with work, Casey enjoys spending quality time at home with her daughter, tackling projects around the house, or exploring the aisles of Costco in West Nashville.
Davi Santos
Handyman Supervisor
Known for his all around handyman skills and creative ideas, Davi brings creativity and precision to every project. His dedication to customer satisfaction makes him a favorite among clients.
Davi was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and relocated to Nashville, TN in 2021 where he resides with his wife and daughter, Lena.
When Davi is not working he enjoys weekend road trips, fishing, paddle boarding, grilling and watching Brazilian Soccer.
Katherine Ransford
Cleaning Supervisor
As the Commercial Cleaning Manager at Busy Bee, Katherine brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to our commercial cleaning services. With a background in managing large-scale cleaning operations, Katherine ensures that our clients’ business spaces are not only spotless but also welcoming and professional.
Katherine is a Nashville Native with deep roots. Her family has lived in Nashville as far back as we know.
When Katherine isn’t working, you can most likely find her at her favorite hiking spot, Hidden Lake Trail with her 2 dogs. She also LOVES spending time with her family, especially her niece Romie.
Sam Costa
Handyman/Painter/Drywall
Sam is a dedicated and skilled professional with 10+ years of experience in the construction. With a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail, he plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch services to our valued clients.
Sam was born and raised in Brazil and relocated to Florida where he lived for 10 years but now calls Music City his home.
When Sam is not working he enjoys having coffee at Cracker Barrel, going to church, exploring the city, and vlogging for YouTube.

Ébano Dantas
Deck & Fence Project Manager
Both a dedicated and expert handyman with a growing specialty in building decks, Ébano (or Ebby) brings 100% work ethic to the table of our team. With over 7 years and hundreds of projects under his belt, in both repairs and construction, his experience and vast knowledge show through his craftsmanship-level work. Ébby’s strong commitment to customer satisfaction reflects one of the core values here at Busy Bee, “duty to the client!”
Ébby was born in Brazil and has traveled across several continents until finding himself here, in the beautiful city of Nashville, Tennessee.
When Ébby isn’t building and fixing for clients, he enjoys hiking and camping when the weather cools, going to the gym, playing tennis with his wife, and looking for new stores around town.
